Description

Join our rapidly growing team in a leading fintech growth company serving the insurance and banking industries. We’re looking for an exceptional, energetic and tenacious sales executive to join and help further accelerate our growth by finding, building and maintaining relationships with leading insurance businesses in France.

As a Sales Executive in France you will help uncover customer business goals, needs, and pain points that relate to the Earnix platform and demonstrate how the Earnix suite of products align with the insurance carrier's vision.

What you’ll do:

Own a dedicated list of prospect insurance businesses, that you will focus on whilst also supporting your in-market colleagues on their prospect accounts.

Make initial contact, qualify prospects, define value proposition across multiple business units, participate in product demos, responding to RFPs, preparing proposals, own and run presentations to prospects and buyers, and closing sales.

Align with key internal stakeholders in Professional Services, Product, Technical, and other groups, and work with them to deliver a solution for the customer. • Be present and located in the French region.

Work with the HOS for EMEA, and head of businesses and marketing teams. 

Requirements

You’ll do it using:

Minimum of 5 years + proven successful end-to-end sales experience selling software solutions into the insurance market in France

Existing professional executive & C-level network in the French insurance industry, and proven ability to expand such network via face-to-face interactions

A strong understanding of how insurance companies operate today in France and how they need to adapt to align with the digital transformation we see across all sectors.

The ability to work a deal from ‘lead’ to ‘close’ with a passion for hunting.

Experience working with and receiving support from global remote teams.

Willingness to do what it takes to win.

Ability to work independently but as part of a key and growing team.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills a must.

Willingness to travel extensively when required.
